1. INITIAL PAYMENT PROCESS
The first step to purchase any product on our platform is making the payment for your order. This can be done via credit card, debit card, cash payment, or Yape.
• Without an Account: You can proceed as a guest and complete your payment without registering, providing only the minimum required information.
• With an Account: By creating an account, you become a Club Member User, which allows you to access your transaction history, save your information for future purchases, manage your membership subscriptions, and also receive insights and opinions on cannabis developments in Perú.
After completing your payment, Cannabis Libre Club will verify your order and request the necessary requirements for its formalization, which include:

- 2. Current residential address of the User
- 3. If applicable: Current identification document of the representative, caregiver, family member, guardian, or safeguard
- 4. Intended use of the requested product(s)
As soon as the required information is confirmed, we will proceed with your medical consultation and the corresponding prescription.
2. MEDICAL CONSULTATION AND PRESCRIPTION
As stipulated by Law N°30681, all cannabis products require a medical prescription for purchase. To obtain the corresponding prescription, your formalized purchase order will be presented to a healthcare professional who will review your request and validate the necessary prescription. If required, you will need to participate in a virtual medical consultation.
Scheduling and Confirmation of Consultations:
• Scheduling: Cannabis Libre Club will coordinate your medical consultation after verifying and validating the information provided during your initial payment registration. The assigned healthcare professional will schedule the earliest available date and time according to their availability.
• Confirmation and Assistance: You will receive the date and time of your consultation via email and WhatsApp. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible through either of these channels so we can reschedule at a time that best suits you.
After the medical evaluation, if the use of cannabis products is authorized, you will receive a digital prescription that allows for the formulation and preparation of the requested product(s). If authorization is not granted, a refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase, minus the applicable commission charged by the Mercado Pago payment gateway.
3. PRODUCT PREPARATION
After your prescription is issued, the authorized pharmaceutical establishment in charge will be notified to begin formulating and preparing the product. The authorized pharmaceutical establishment will prepare the product according to the prescription’s formulation and medical instructions. This process may take between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours, depending on the type of product requested.
4. DISPENSING AND DELIVERY
Once the product is ready, Cannabis Libre Club will contact you to coordinate the exact delivery address and time, ensuring that you can receive your product at the most convenient moment. If you made your purchase as a guest, please make sure to provide accurate delivery information.
Delivery Confirmation:
The product will be delivered to the previously coordinated address. After delivery, you will receive a notification confirming receipt, either by email or WhatsApp. We recommend checking the product at the time of delivery to ensure everything is in optimal condition.
Guide to Medical Consultations and Prescriptions
We’re glad to guide you through the process of scheduling a medical appointment and obtaining your cannabis prescription. This process is organized into 3 steps, starting from your initial registration all the way up to receiving your cannabis prescription.

• With an Account: By creating an account, you become a Club Member User, which allows you to access your transaction history, save your information for future purchases or medical consultations, manage your membership subscriptions, and also receive analysis and insights on the cannabis market in Perú.
Once the payment is completed, Cannabis Libre Club will verify your reservation and request the necessary information to formalize it, which includes:

2. MEDICAL CONSULTATION
Once your payment is confirmed and your information has been verified, your reservation will be submitted to a healthcare professional. They will invite you to participate in a virtual medical consultation, during which your case will be evaluated and your prescription will be authorized.
Scheduling and Confirmation of Consultations:
• Scheduling: Cannabis Libre Club will coordinate your medical consultation after verifying the information provided during your initial payment registration. The assigned healthcare professional will set the earliest available date and time based on their schedule.
• Confirmation and Assistance: You will receive the date and time of your medical consultation via email and WhatsApp. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible through either method so we can reschedule the appointment to suit your availability.
Recommendations for Your Medical Consultation:
To make the most of your consultation and facilitate a clear evaluation, we recommend preparing the following information based on your type of use:
• For recreational use, share with your doctor:

3. PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY
Once your prescription is ready and authorized, Cannabis Libre Club will contact you to coordinate the exact address and time for the final delivery, ensuring that you can receive your prescription at the appropriate time. If you booked your appointment as a guest, make sure to provide the correct information for delivery.
Delivery Confirmation:
The prescription will be sent to the previously arranged address. Once delivered, you will receive a confirmation notification along with a digital copy of the prescription via email or WhatsApp. We recommend checking the prescription upon receipt to ensure that it is correct.
